DayDream Fellows (formerly GenZScouts) is a startup and venture capital fellowship program designed to empower students with the skills they need to thrive in the world of startups and venture capital. By tapping into dynamic student networks, we provide a platform for students from non-target universities to gain real-world experience through the lens of founders, operators, and investors.

Our fellowship is a semester-long program offering an immersive education on the fundamentals of venture capital and startups. Fellows participate in weekly speaker sessions with VCs, founders, and operators, engage in virtual office hours and happy hours, and build connections with peers across the country. Alumni from past cohorts have gone on to found YC-backed companies, become venture capitalists, and excel as world-class operators.
